I bought a set of dresses for my graduation photoshoot. The shipping said it was going to take a while so I reordered the set of clothes but with expedited shipping. I received the outfits a MONTH after I ordered them. Even with expedited shipping it was here too late. I received two sets because I ordered them twice so I knew I was going to return one set. Since both sets came in too late and my photoshoot had already passed, I decided I was going to return both sets. I followed their return policy by contacting customer service through email. They never responded, EVER. I emailed multiple times, no response. I Facebook dmed them and they responded once after a few weeks but the minute I mentioned a return they stopped responding. This business is a full scam charging so much money for dresses and the dresses don’t even look like the picture. They are a complete scams and the business needs to get shut down. I hope whoever is running this business loose their money.

I originally found Wanadress through Instagram social media platform in an advertisement. Due to the promotion via Instagram, I assumed the website was legitimate and I ordered a shipment with expedited shipping to arrive within 3-5 business days. It has now been 10 days. I have sent at least 3 emails, and even messaged them through direct messaging, however, no one has responded. There is no phone number listed and the only point of contact is through an automated help desk. The transaction went through, so my money is gone, but there has been no order confirmation aside from PayPal payment confirmation. The scam is promoted through Facebook and Instagram and their website www.wanadress.com is fake.
