I ordered the monkey Coco for my Mother over 30 days ago. It was supposed to arrive in 5-15 days. We’ve sent multiple emails and yesterday they all came back to us saying “no such recipient”. The email address was from their website. No phone number to call. Extremely disappointed! My mother’s heart is broken.

I received a rediculous product unlike anything that I ordered. I ordered a large size luminous smoking caldron for Halloween. What received is a plastic caldron shaped candy bowl. No smoking, Not large, NOT what the website showed or described. I believed the site was reputable because it offered PayPal and other payment options. The phone number doesn’t work. I have emailed demanding a refund of my money. I haven’t heard from them. And am worried that they will not reply. Thier refund policy states that a refund must be made within 30 days from the time if received.

I ordered a motion dog. It was suppose to look real like dog. It looks like something you would pay at a carnival..unable to reach the vendor no phone and e-mail goes in to a payment mode. This is fraud 101.

I ordered two “King Charles Spaniel” dogs that are supposed to look like actual, real life-like dog. Not even close! So disappointed & angry. Talk about FRAUD! Trying to get a refund but now my latest emails are not going through? Ha, they probably blocked me!
I’m also filing a complaint with PayPal.

I ordered their “Baby Shark’ that was supposed to look lifelike and wiggle & roll all over. It looks rubber in the video, but when I got it, it was a 9” stuffed shark with a rechargeable thing that fit inside and made only it’s tail wave back & forth. I paid $29.58 for a small stuffed animal! Order # 200822001013875.

I Bought reborn baby doll. It was supposed to be a 22 inch Head to toe Silacone Vinyl Reborn baby Doll named Tara, comes with pacifier, and clothes. It cost $33.99 with $8.99 Shipping. I was sent a 8 inch thin rubber toy Doll with Chunks of Rubber all over. Looks to be a Dog’s toy.

got a doll you can get from the dollar store, no hair and no clothes.
sent a e-mail now waiting .The phone number they give is no good.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

This website sent a product that I didn’t order… The product I ordered was a realistic baby doll who had there AD on Facebook , One of the payment options was Pay-pal which made me believe the website was legit. The phone number for there website was not a working number so I emailed them and they offered $2 for the refund in which I declined and now they’re offering me $4 refund which I declined.
