purchased concert tickets online and found that the tickets were bought from "the seller" and resold by vividseats. we tried to get the tickets cancelled before the money was debited from our account but was told all sales are final.we paid almost $600.00. called the bank and filed a dispute so hopefully we won’t be out the money.
