Type of a scam Online Purchase
The purchase started with Groupon I purchase two tickets to the Detroit Lions game on August 8th 2019 I purchased the tickets back in June of 2019 I have been trying to access the transfer of the tickets from Vivid exchange no I’m sorry Vivid Seats / fanxchange or whomever I have talked to Derrick Henry several times I’ve talked to Chris no one is able to transfer the tickets no one is able to release the tickets no one will tell me how to get my money back I am currently sitting on the phone with a sales rep who is telling me they have no one for me to talk to a manager is not available I have been trying to access these tickets since I purchased them and they transferred I believe it was about June 27th of 2019 and now it is the day of the event I have been contacting them since 24 hours before the event the tickets still are not transferred they won’t give me the third-party information they won’t send me a barcode for the tickets they refuse to let me talk to management they keep on telling me they’re going to follow up with me but they’ve been telling me that for 24 hours I haven’t received a phone call I have received the email of an update or anything as of yet and it is now five minutes to to the event starts at 7 this evening so I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do I think this is a illegal sale of tickets I don’t know if they have a connect through Ticketmaster or what it is but I’ve been on the phone with Henry for almost 35 minutes and he is refusing to let me talk to anyone he’s refusing to do anything about the situation he swears there’s no one in management for me to talk to
