Original flight (QCYN4N) ticket was purchased on June 24th. Due to COVD-19 related issues, the original flight was changed for a later date on June 30th, all which was paid for. On August 26th, I received an email stating that my flight was changed, without my consent. On August 28th I called Viva Aerobus to see what my options were due to needing to be in Mexico on September 4th at 6pm. The representative I spoke with informed me that the only flight available was for September 3rd at 2:50 pm, this flight did not work out for me. The representative proceeded to tell me that the my other options were to receive a voucher or have a refund issued. I proceeded with a refund however I did not have my bank account number or routing number readily available for reimbursement. She proceeded to let me know that I could call back at a later time to proceed with the refund. I called back on August 31st with my bank information to receive a refund. A different representative told me this was not possible. After speaking with his supervisor, Enrique Gonzalez (badge number 9003196), the supervisor very rudely told me that he will NOT issue a refund and that it was not his fault that the original representative said they could issue a refund. Once a company says one thing, regardless of whether or not they are wrong, they must follow through with what has been spoken.
