I’ve never done this before, especially since I haven’t tried the products, but 10 min after I signed up for my free samples of Kiana Eye Serum and Kiana Skin Cream and paid the shipping for both, I received multiple pages telling me I would have $89.99 for each product in 14 days deducted from my checking account. If I decided to cancel my subscription, I had to send back the products with a RMA# or they would not accept the package. The phone# 888-888-8888 was not a good number for their Customer Service and [email protected] was not a good email. No chance to get the RMA# so I returned the Eye Serum package unopened and wrote on the outside "do not refuse this package Unable to obtain RMA#) As an added precaution, I called my bank this morning 4/23/20 to reject a withdrawal for both products if they tried to take $89.99 out of my account. It happened at midnight tonight $89.99 was to be deducted 4/24/20 for Kianaskincream. My bank caught it.
