Alex called from 972-221-1000 said he could lower all my cc, &rafter I gave him all my information on 3 of my cc he said he would transfer me to Kenneth Joseph who would help assist me then he would have the financial advisor would call me back within 10-15 min to give me what the interest rates would be changed too! Kenneth stated that they would send me all the information on my email which I I refused to give and told me to mail all the information and then I read sign and they would charge one of my cc $2,000 for the interest rates to be lowered! I was also given this 800-847-2911 that after 15-18 months I can call back to get it lowered again but then I would not have to pay the fee again! I tried calling Consumer Protection got a message said vm full did not get to call anyone called my cards to put hold on them!
