Type of a scam Rental
Listed a rental property on Craigslist. Stated that he was an elderly widower who’s daughter has cancer and they both live in Texas. Stated that I can tour the rental after I pay the $600 security deposit so he/she can send the key out with assurance. Called me and was obviously a dude. I was at the propert when he called he forgot the color of the door “that her late husband made from scratch as a gift”. I found the real listing on Zillow and talked to the actual property manager
