I ordered Face Masks on February 29th, 2020. Today is June 9th 2020. I have sent emails and Instagram messages to the business. They do not have a phone number. I was told each time that it is on they way or that they have sent my concern to the "courier". No one has contacted me back. I was offered a 30% refund but I have not received any item. I want my full refund.
