I was told by a family member that a lawyer named Vincent Smith worked for the government and helped people qualify for grants when I applied I was instantly approved and told I had to send 200 and they would send me a package by the next day. The next day he called and asked for more money and said I would have to pay 700 more to receive my package and purchase a IRS certificate as well. I asked for my money back he never explained this to me he said all I had to do was send him the 200. Now he I claiming he doesn’t know me and that I never sent him money!!! He new I was a single mother and that 200 was all I had so I took the loss but I don’t want anyone else to go through this and he shouldn’t be allowed to do this to anyone else
