Call from (219) 979-5256, stating was "Victor James". Told to call 1 (866) 751-1134 regarding "investigation" that I was named a party to. Also left phone number 520-5405 (no area code).
Internet research led me to internet profile for Victor James, listing numerous false credentials & no identifiable physical address. Not accredited by ScamPulse.com either. Associated agency name (one of them) is Phoenix Investigations, LLC. Another is ICA Investigations, linked to identifiable information in California.
