I ordered a chair from them over a month ago. When I reached out to them to find out what was going on with my order, they replied with a statement to give them 3-5 days to check with logistics. I waited more than 5 days and contacted them again. The response I received was that they had an issue with the courier and the chair was returned to them. I had 2 options, I could 1. Pay for shipping, again, to receive the product, or, 2. Receive a refund for half the amount I paid. I am in retail and that’s not Customer Service. Their Return Policy states that if a product is returned, they will refund the Customer in full. I believe my situation falls under a full refund because I never received the product and they still have it. Also, when I replied to Customer Service that I should receive a full refund, I received the same automated response of I had 2 options. I have looked online about others having some of the same issues or receiving the item, only to find it’s totally different than what they thought they were ordering.
