I did exactly the same thing paid 17.00 and no response from them at all. I have finally decided to take it up with my credit card company. I was really angry as it was through a facebook advertisement and for some reason I always think it’s safer as they wouldn’t advertise if it was a scam. I will not be making any future purchases from advertisements on facebook.
I ordered a puzzle through a Facebook ad on 19th April for £17 and have never received it. Their website is down and I can’t track the order either. Would seem this is an online scam!

I ordered a puzzle through a Facebook ad. I was charged $20.00. After 5 days passed without a shipment notification, I attempted to contact them. Their website is no longer in operation "invalid IP address" and my emails haven’t been answered. Disgraceful. They’re taking advantage of people looking for puzzles to do while their stuck at home.
