I ordered 2 tires for my car in April. A few months later I got 2 face masks in the mail that I didn’t order but didn’t think anything of it at the time. I have tried contacting them and they won’t respond. In July I opened a dispute through PayPal and today got notice case has been closed because the seller has tracking information that it was delivered. They used the track it number for my tires on those masks. I’m so frustrated!

We ordered 2 tires for our vehicle from the scammer company Vibacker. After a month of patiently waiting to receive our tires, A random package arrived to our mailbox(From China) containing 2 disposable masks. Finally I contacted the seller only to be told the package had been delivered. Tracked the product to realize that the masks tracking number matched out tire tracking number. The package with the mask did not indicate that they were from the seller/scammer Vibacker. The seller refused to refund us after lots of back and forth through email. Apparently we are supposed to take a $127 loss for new tires that we needed and paid for. This company is running scams for people’s hard earned money.

HAVE TRIED TO CALL THEM AND HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE OR MONEY BACK. USE THE OLD RULE OF THUMB IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE THEN IT IS !

I order d two tires from vibaker. I have pictures of the transaction. I paid 119 dollars and change. I’ve been trying to get my money from PayPal because they never sent tires, then they said it was due to covid, then they said they did send them. Then they ask me if I wanted them to send them! Today I received 5 face mask from that company! 199.00 dollars for 5 masks? Paper mask! I didn’t order any paper mask. I only order through PayPal. I can show pictures of my transactions. They say they are from Arizona but after I click d for PayPal to pay, it came up a Chinese address! They are cons. After we never got the tires I looked them up many people have complained on this company.
