Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered an Alienware Laptop case. They sent me a much smaller, non-Alienware, unattractive, less-padded, poor substitute. I’ve spent weeks trying to resolve it, being open to a refund or a replacement of the right item.
Customer service has been terrible. I sent pictures from their site, and what they sent. They said I should send it back, but that I should pay for the shipping. Not my mistake, so I asked them to pay for shipping. They agreed, but sent no label, etc.
Now, not only did they stop replying, they actually changed the photo of the item on their site!
All I Asked for was the right item or a refund. It’s only $**, but I spent the time to write this to protect the next person, because boy, it sure seems like fraud to me
