I ordered back in February company claims they shipped I never received it, I’ve written repeatedly they keep saying they’ve sent it. I’ve written and asked for a refund I’m pretty sure it’s a scam

I saw an add on instagram about this website that had lipstick so I ordered off of it. I tracked my order and it said it was shipped a week ago and it never showed up. Other people on Facebook said the same thing. I emailed them 4 times and no response, just an automated email about how they are busy and will get back to me.
