This company is a moving company and will provide you a very competitive binding estimate for your move. A binding estimate can not legally be changed once your items are loaded onto a movers truck. However, this company will extort you for more money after they have your property in their possession. They provided me with a competitive binding estimate to move 310 cubic feet of boxes from San Francisco to Philadelphia. I personally measured the items to make sure 310 cubic feet was an accurate measurement. I also know it was 310 cubic feet because the items had been in storage taking up exactly that amount of space. USA Logistics then picked up my items and drove off. An hour later I got a call from USA Logistics claiming that I’m taking up 700 cubic feet of space and that if I didn’t pay over double their binding estimate, they would throw out or auction off all of my property. Out of fear of losing everything I own, I paid the extra amount. Once the items were finally delivered in Philadelphia, I measured and asked the drivers, confirming I only had 310 cubic feet of boxes. Everyone I was able to speak with at the company was hostile and threatening.

The moving company gives one estimate over the phone and then on time to move they raise the price double or even triple sometimes even more.
The dot (department of transportation) supposed to be the ones watching those moving companies and assist when needed but the truth
They don’t give a damm
That’s why moving companies can get a way with and continues to ripoff customers
Nobody can stop them
They change business name every couple years and they keep staying and doing that

This company is a scam and a fraud. They bait and switch charge over double estimates and have no accountability. Every complaint on the ScamPulse.com website is the experience I also shared with them. They need to be shut down. They are also impersonating another reputable company- copying all of their emails word for word- the other company is State to State Logistics
