Call and told "US Treasurer y Department" had awarded me a free grant of $11,000. Gave me an "Award ID" and told me to call 202-670-6143. I called and they returned my call after a short delay! ? I am supposed to go go purchase a "gift card" in order to receive my "grant." I can not trace phone number 202-670-6143.
