US Student Loan Help called me and offered their "help". After several emails and phone calls I eventually signed up with them and paid the fees. After this happened in May I did not hear back from them and could not get in touch with them. I tried for several months as they were supposed to send paper work in which I never received. In September they began taking monthly payments out despite receiving no paper work from me. I tried calling the company and the number was no longer in service, the email accounts were receiving no responses, and the website amounted to nothing. I am still having money taken from my account by the department of EDU has not received any. At this point I do not want to be associated with this company and want a refund, but they refuse to contact me back.
