I was watching television, they ran this commercial regarding US Postal Service and saying the Post Office is hiring right now and we need people to fill these positions, and we are willing to help you. As I said, when I called Demetrius on March 11th at 8:45pm he explained to me what it was about the services they offered were training manuals for testing, 3 pre-test for you to take because it was imperative for you to get a high score, so that you could be placed for the interview first because he said depending upon where you score is how they determine the interviews. After he said all of that, he asked me for my credit card number, he said the cost would be $100 he told me with this $100 that I was paying it would include: access to counselors to help me with understanding the training manuals to help me with the pre-testing, he gave me the 1-800-604-4479 number he said that I would have access to them from 8a.m.-12 midnight then he said I could also go online, he gave me the username and he took my credit card number, he charged me because I see the following month where it was taken out in the name "US Postal."Then like I said I was blessed enough to find full time employment, I called the 1800 number I talked to a gentleman by the name of Travis on 5-9-16 at 5:42pm he said to me that my refund would be released back to my credit card, because I had not yet used any of their services and he said they would send me an email stating the funds would be released and I’ve never heard from them and the 800 numbers that they have given me, when I call all I get is a busy signal. When I spoke with Travis that my funds would be released to, and he gave me the last four numbers of the credit card, and he gave it to me and I said thank you and he said they would be sending me an email about the funds being released to my credit card, but I never received the email or the refund back to my credit card.
