Look’s professional, has a lot of public knowledge e.g. FINAL NOTICE, Name, address, mortgage lender, etc. "This letter is to inform you that the property’s home warranty, at YOUR ADDRESS, secuired by YOUR MORTGAGE COMPANY, may be expiring or may have already expired.Our records indicate that you HAVE NOT CONTACTED us yet to get your Home Warranty up to date.

My concern is that people will assume that their original home warranty will not be in affect – unless you contact US HOME GAURD. Very misleading at the least
