Ordered two shirts from them late August. After a week no response on shipping, so I emailed them. They responded stating they would be sending tracking info very soon, no email came, so I emailed again, response was it was shipped and they would be sending tracking, then a few minutes later I got an email stating my package was destroyed when something happened to the shipping companies truck and that they would reship me my items. I waited a few days and nothing. I emailed multiple times with no response. I finally filed a complaint with paypal. Paypal was given a tracking number – that tracking number showed it went to an Alpharetta address and my address is Cumming, GA. I double checked my address in the system and it is correct. So once Paypal got the tracking number they closed my complaint in favor of the company. They still won’t reply to emails. I also filled out a survey with Paypal sharing how they were wrong too for not following up properly.

I cannot find a phone number to call anyone on their website or via online search. When I click on the email to view my order, I get taken to the website with this message: "Our payment system is currently undergoing maintenance.Sorry for the Inconvenience. I ordered two t-shirts from this company via Facebook on 7/24/2018. I received a confirmation and order number (29400). The confirmation stated I would receive a tracking number when the items shipped. I did not receive any further communication from them, so I sent an inquiry on 8/2/2018. I was told they contacted the shipping company and was told that the entire shipment was destroyed and they would send a tracking number as soon as they had one. I have had continued email contact with them, with no resolution. I requested a refund and was told that they were unable to refund my money since the items have shipped, however they could not provide a tracking number. They have stopped responding to my emails. I have reported them to Facebook, and I have seen a thread on Facebook of others taken advantage of by this company. My loss is small, $37.00 including shipping. Their website currently states their experiencing difficulties with their payment page. I plan to report them to my bank as well.

Made the mistake of placing an order with US GOOD GEAR for an inexpensive t-shirt. The site did look legitimate. It had the https and also the "lock" on the website that made it appear to be legitimate. Shortly after placing my order on July 28th, I received a an e-mail saying that my order had been received and that I should expect it to be delivered in about 3-4 weeks. My credit card was charged the $14.00 for the order. At the end of August, I checked on the order and it showed it was "in process". I sent them an e-mail asking them for a better update and received a reply to please be patient, the order is in process and I should receive it shortly. A couple of days later I checked again and was no longer able to see a status. I sent them another email and rec’d an automatic message telling me someone would get back to me soon. Waited a couple days (9/3), sent them another message and rec’d another automatic message, sent them another message today threatening to report to BBB and FBI for internet fraud. I am sure an automatic message will be sent momentarily. I have now checked further online about them and saw others with the same problem and that the BBB is already aware of them. The card that had been canceled about 2 weeks after I made the original order so at least they will have no access to get more $.

on July 18, 2018 while on social media via FaceBook, i came across a page named Autism Mamas. and being an actual autism mom, i was looking at all the autism awareness shirts they were advertising for $9.. and anything that has to do with autism awareness i get excited to see more. and so i saw a shirt that said autism mama bear with a picture of the bear paw colored in the autism puzzle pieces red, blue, green and yellow. i immediately looked into it and i went ahead to order it. that same day the funds for the total amount of $13.95 was charged on my card followed by an email confirming my purchase and information.. well i about one week and nothing came in. i would go into their website to track my order and it said "order in process".. then another time past on by and still same message order in process and now a date of July 29 that i would recieve my order. well its september now and i have no shirt. i have sent so many emails and i got all different answers to give it time, its been shipped, order in process, its on its way, or technical difficulties and all fro different names. i found a 1-800 number to contact and it says its not a working number. and now that i tried again to check the status, i cant, the website does not give me an option to track my order and i cant contact and that theyre working on updating their payment options. they are still advertising on social media but using different online order website. it upsets me that they are using a disability name such as Autism just to lure in people like me

This company popped up on my FACEBOOK feed. I went to their website and ordered a couple of items (a quilt & bumper sticker). They charged my credit card and almost 7 weeks later, I have nothing. They initially answered my email and said they would send me a tracking number when the item was shipped from the company, but have received nothing to date. I have sent 3 subsequent emails that have been ignored.

They sell and promote ‘hobby’ bedding, quilts, tshirts, bumper stickers for such hobbies as camping, horses, golf etc.

I am usually pretty good about scams, and I can say this is my first – but I wanted everyone out there to know this is a completely fraudulent company! I am hoping my credit card company will re-imburse me. Wish me luck!

I saw an advertisement on Facebook for a limited time discount on raglan shirts for teachers. I thought it was legit, since their website looked official, they had terms and policies, good reviews supposedly, so I ordered two shirts on August 1, 2018. My order status keeps showing “processing”, with a promise of an email containing tracking information as soon as it’s available, but my estimated delivery is by August 31. It has said “package handed to carrier” for 3 weeks. While researching them further today I have discovered several people who say they never received any items from this company and were even blocked from being able to contact them after they took their money.

Since that time, they have been unable and unwilling to give me any shipping information on my order. I have been given no other means but email as a way of communication and the responses are generated by robot. There is no shippers tracking number on the order, except for the order number generated at the time of purchase. There is no public listing of an address or telephone number for contacting the company.

I have reported them and disputed the CC charges at my bank. This is a scam company that will steal your money.

I got the cookie cutter reply I’ve seen others complain about: "We are deeply sorry for this inconvenience caused to you. As for the order, it is on the way to the destination, could you give us more time to deliver it? The tracking number will be updated as soon as we receive the shipping company’s announcement. Thanks for your contact. Best regards,Stella Mary". I emailed them again a week later and was told they were "flooded with orders". I contacted them again on August 15 and received the exact email I copied above. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY STEALING MONEY FROM MANY PEOPLE!

I believe they run multiple fraudulent sites because the contact they list on their website (www.usgoodgear) is a support email for another apparel online store – American Pride Tee. ([email protected])

I ordered two t-shirts from USGoodGear.com back on July 5th. They were supposed to be delivered between July 17 and August 3rd. It’s August 13th and their website says that the order is still processing? I believe this is a scam – there’s no phone number or address on the website and the only information I’ve found is here on the ScamPulse.com with other people reporting the same fraudulent activity.

I emailed them today at [email protected] letting them know that I either get my shirts in the next 5 days, or get my money back in the next 5 days (so by Saturday the 18th), or first thing on Monday August 20th I’ll be contacting the BBB, and the Attorney General’s Office… but considering the lack of information on their website and lack of responsiveness up until now, I feel like I shouldn’t wait so here I am.

I’ll be contacting my bank as well if I don’t hear from them letting them know I’ve been scammed.

Made a purchase on 7/19/18, received confirmation of order & PayPal paid $54.90. On 7/30 I emailed support for status. They responded it was in transit. I requested ship # and they advised they would send once received from shipper. On this date I saw comments of potential scam and emailed to cancel and refund money. On 8/1 they responded couldn’t cancel since shipped. I again asked for tracking #. I also put claim in through PayPal. On 8/4 they provided USPS tracking number to PayPal, that was for a label that was not in the USPS system. On 8/7 the tracking number stated my package has been accepted in China and there has been no movement on the item since that date. PayPal has advised me they will refund my money if item not received by 8/19, the day after the company websites states I should receive my item. Fake company that takes money but doesn’t ship orders. Over 3 weeks since I ordered, I only have a tracking number that will likely not result in a package being sent to my door.
