Type of a scam Government Grant
I received a phone call from Frankie Macllyn stating that he was with the US Department of Finance and I had been selected to receive a government grant of $8000 because I had been a good citizen of the city of Jacksonville. He gave me the number to the their financial department and I called and spoke to a woman who stated that I needed to go purchase a MoneyGram for $200 for filing and activation. I would receive my $200 back with the grant money I received. She stated that this was a once in a lifetime opportunity.
