I received a call from "Louis Carry" saying that he was giving out a government grant. It was to be used for school, or starting a business. And that they do this every year.

They offered me a grant of $9000 for free for me doing a good job of being an honest citizen. They asked if they wanted it in cash, moneygram or deposited. They told me that my ID number was LR593
