I was contacted by a Bill *** from US Cash Award saying I had won $2 million and a new car. He wanted me to pay $400 for a delivery cost. He wanted me to pay it right over the phone. I had him call my son and explain everything to him, he said it didn’t seem legitimate so I didn’t provide anything.
