https://www.urgentaddresschange.com/ Not USPS
This is a website that presents itself as very similar to the USPS website and unless you "read the fine print" you would think you were submitting an official change of address form with USPS. Instead of the $1.00 USPS charges, this company charges $59.00. I’m yet to find out if the change of address will really still happen or not. Check the website carefully! Below is copied and pasted text from their site.

I typed in usps change of address and the first website that came up was change-your-address.com. It looks very similar to usps change of address form and after changing so many address for cards, banks and others I wasn’t paying as much attention as I should have been.

This is a website claiming to be the US Post Office. It intentionally looks as if it is the USPS, when it is a private service, that does not list the total amount of money that will be processed, before the amount of money is processed. It does not inform you of the amount of money charged until afterwards. It also looks and acts like a government agency when it is not.

I was in a hurry to change my address and I assumed I was on the USPS.com. At the top of the page it said there would be a $1 charge, which sounded familiar to me because that is what it costs on USPS.com but I went back to read the bottom of the page and it says they charge $39.90 to change your address. That is what my phone alerted me of. I am worried because I gave them my credit card information and I don’t even think they changed my address. When I called them they just connected me to a voice mail. The site makes you think you are going to pay $1 dollar and they end up charging you $39.90. It seems like something illegal to me. The charge showed up as UPDATEOURADDRESS
