I Placed a order for a waist trainer on August 9, 2020, I felt comfortable ordering because they had a 24/7 customer support phone number advertised on their website so right then & there I said this is a legitimate business that they got 24/7 CS on deck, I would definitely feel comfortable ordering from them for the first time. As I began to check out and submit my order for a waist trainer, I hit the submit button and a pop-up up of another waist trainer can be bought for $15 all I had to do was hit the yes button or no thanks, I hit the yes button and yet another pop-up advertisement of a waist trainer vest for $16.25, same thing again, you can say yes to the advertisement or say no thanks, I said yes to both, so after i ended that because another advertisement pop-up and i didn’t need all of what I already had so I decided to call the "24/7" customer support phone number and it told me the two times that it was a non-working number, with-in a matter of days they changed their phone number with a voicemail stating that with the covid they are not taking messages but you can email them and someone will get back to you within 24hrs and I have sent them a email on 8/9/20, 8/13/20 & 8/14/20 and I have still not herd from ANYONE!!! Please do not waist your time with a scam company called Uptown Fab!
