UPS420 is a company claiming to sell cloned medical marijuana plants to legal medical marijuana patients. I called and informed them my doctors’s recommendation was expired and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. I ordered 8 plants and paid through an online bank transfer called Zelle. I called multiple times to cancel my order just a couple hours after the order was placed at 12:30pm. I was told they would send cancellation to accounting dept. which happened to be closed. Today I was able to get a hold of a "Jay" which I was told was the supervisor by the only other employee that I could get into contact with by the name of "Kay". Jay told me that there were no cancellations or refunds. and that I was going to get my product no matter what even though I cancelled yesterday and was told by Kay that it could be cancelled. Then I was told that shipping dept. would get a hold of me before the delivery. I believe this is a fake website/phone order service for medical marijuana plants. I have serious doubt that there is more than two people sitting in a apartment somewhere taking these fake orders and collecting medical marijuana patients money. I researched this company and found numerous complaints by patients about this same company operating under several other names such as "Clone Queen" and going through the same type of situation I am. Not only are these people operating illegally by not verifying doctor’s recommendations but they are out right scamming people out of there money.
