UPG keeps calling asking for my husband to take care of some outstanding debt with AmeriCash Payday loan lender, we have neither heard of them nor used them. They will not provide any proof of this debt and basically give us the runaround asking us to send money. They have been harassing us and have begun calling my husband’s parents, his brother, and the owner of our previous home.

My wife and I have both been getting phone calls harassing us about some bill for a payday loan that we never received in 2011, I have asked to have them email and fax us proof, "dates, times, and a signed contract" but they can not provide this info and got really rude with us and said they were starting a law suit. Well we checked my wife’s bank account for 2011 and no money was deposited during the said month they told us it went into the account. So I asked them if they can see what the times and dates were for this then why could they not provide me the proof. I want this scam to stop with the phone calls. I have two numbers to contact them at 1-866-446-0645 or 1-888-212-2676 and also is attached is the letter they sent us showing their "proof".
