tried to contact my cell phone carrier from google search (clicked on straight talk custom service, but they weren’t straight at all) needed to give them my new bank card information for automatic drafts; was told that I would have to do that on line myself and that they would help me. I allowed them to join in on my computer to assist me. I got very suspicious when I when I couldn’t log into my email to receive a temporary password that they sent me; my email password kept being rejected I know my password backwards; then they told me that they was gonna see why I couldn’t log in. their words was OH MY GOD! YOU’VE BEEN HACKED! they tried to transfer me to some certified engineer called CISCO live help to fix my problems for $180. I new for sure that something wasn’t right and I ended my call with them. they have my full name and my email address and worried that they may have too much information and just waiting until I use my new bank number from my bank card
