Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
The owner or so they say, Bill…has called me for months. He not only made several passes at me hitting on me in innapropriate ways, but he lied and told me that the woman in my position at my job before me approved an abundance of ink that we had already paid for (she approved 3 cartidges, he realized she quit and sent us 40 cartidges and charges us for all) and that he was sending rebates. He then charged on my card later on for the same ink which I never approved. He then proceeded to send me $800.00 worth of Gift cards some of which don’t even work, saying that they are our rebates. When I finally googled the company to get their phone number to ask WHY I had just received 30 more ink cartidges after I had gotten 30 the month before I read all about their scams and have had similar experience. I called bill to return the ink and he is doing EVERYTHING to not let me return it. Saying weve been paying for 3 years blah blah blah. I asked for invoices, said he will not send me them as his BOSS doesn’t let him ( He told me he was the owner ) Bill also called me a 2nd time one day and told me he was in a bad car accident and hurt his neck so was on pain meds and didn’t remember he called. Didn’t realize he called me back later and said he had a tooth pulled (his excuse for forgetting he called the 3rd time) Not to mention the ink they’ve actually sent us has been used once and Is the worst quality ive ever seen. Everything with this company is unprofessional, from sending me more than I approved and telling me I did approve it and I’m wrong, to then hanging up on me. This company should be investigated and closed.
