Michael *** was the name of the person who called. They did a geographical survey and my number was picked. I was to pay them in google cards or ebay cards in the amount of $250 in order to get $18,000 that I was granted. After paying, then they want a registration fee, another $200. They also wanted me to pay for NOC, another $400.
