In May 2017 received a text from my relative’s hacked account indicating that my name was on the winners list. I texted Charotte Clinton of United Nations Agenda to confirm. She said I was on the winning list of UN Agenda21.3 grants of $70,000. I could spend it any way I want. However, I needed to come up with $5,000 for the grant to be delivered to me.
