Pattern of Complaint

On Nov. 11 and Dec. 4 and 17, 2019, ScamPulse.com attempted to contact Buffalo Forklift, LLC, regarding a high volume and pattern of serious complaints. During the past 36 months, ScamPulse.com received 24 complaints alleging advanced payment – ranging from $17,900 to $80,000 – without receiving the equipment or a refund, or lengthy delays with the equipment not being what was described on the website. The business failed to respond to two of those complaints. Two other complaints were not resolved through BBB’s complaint process.

ScamPulse.com notified Buffalo Forklift, LLC about the pattern of complaints. Consumers allege the descriptions offered about the products are not what is received and how there were lengthy delays before receiving the units. ScamPulse.com asked the business to voluntarily cooperate in eliminating the pattern by providing a written response outlining specific steps it would implement in order to avoid similar complaints in the future. ScamPulse.com also requested general information including copies of refund policies, the names and full contact information of the business’ principal officers and responsible management, copies of its promotional and advertising materials, the physical address of its principal office, copies of required competency licensing and a completed ScamPulse.com Standard Business Questionnaire.

As of Dec. 31, 2019, Buffalo Forklift, LLC has not responded to its pattern of complaints nor ScamPulse.com’s request for information.

ScamPulse.com has concerns about Buffalo Forklift, LLC’s business practices and urges consumers to use caution.
