This is what they said ON THE PHONE…and a female voice. First thing, I asked her what company this was I was talking to and she said, "United Financial Service and we are returning our urgent call concerning your Federal Student loans. According to the letter you should have received, you may now be eligible for the new hardship payment plan that reduces your payment as low as forty dollars a month. Today is the deadline. Please press one now to be transferred to the .?????? coordinator for final approval. And, if you no longer need the assistance, please press 9 to be removed from the list."
They called yesterday with the same message also stating that YESTERDAY was the deadline. Now.. today is the deadline. What a bunch of crock!
