A man named Johnson Smith of Unique Energy Solutions requested a special order of 1500 units custom print USB Flash Drives and Micro SD cards from our company’s website contact form. We exchanged several phone calls, and his order was passed along to the printer. When the printer tried to process the credit card, it came up as a scam/fraud and his credit card transaction company account was suspended and he had to file a fraud report.
He requested that the products be shipped to:
