i received a letter saying i won $550,000 but must call their claim agent for further instructions
and the $7,800 check is for the mandatory legal and administration fees

My 76 year old mother received a letter in the mail stating she won 550,000 and she received a check to pay for the taxes for 7,800.00. She was told someone will contact her on what to do with the check. I figued it was a scam.
