Placed an order for face masks and credit card was charged on May 26, 2020. Received order confirmation and USPS tracking number via email on May 27, 2020. Order said item would be mailed in 2-4 days. By June 9 items were not received. Sent email requesting order status. No response. Sent additional emails on June 10 and June 12 with no response. Called the number on the order confirmation and got a recording saying to contact [email protected] Sent them emails on June 13 and June 17. No response. Both companies have the same contact information and address: 2031 Cerritos Ave STE 7g, Anaheim CA 92806. It appears they are affiliated with each other.
