I saw an ad for a makeup brush cleaner. I purchased it back in July 2019. I had the monies deducted from my bank account, received an order confirmation email but when I click the tracking link, it takes me back to the purchase page as if I hadn’t bought anything. I emailed the "support" yet, still waiting. No item, no money. They stole from me and it’s not right.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
This company is one of the many Instagram scam companies. They don’t reply to e-mails and they don’t have a listed phone number. I initially ordered a peeler set from them on Christmas day and they tuck tail and ran with my money with no response back from them. They have not shipped a product and they have not replied to my multiple attempts to contact them via email.

This is not a real company. This is a scam retailer found on Instagram. I ordered a product and never received it. Found many others online who had the same thing happen. Basically they just take people’s money and never send them anything or respond. Their website and all accounts still seem to be active.
