Post card received with no return address information just addressed to me. It lists a phone number only to call and claim your $100 reward & you get to choose your reward; dining, travel, etc.
But- there’s a one time processing fee of $1.90 that must be paid by credit or debit card.

received a yellow post card in the mail that said to call a number for an unclaimed reward for various retailers in my name…when I call the number they said I got the card from just using my debit in stores and you name was selected and starting asking for my card number

Release code/Claim number: ***. Basically they have a $100 gift card good for Walmart, Target and more in my name. They wanted me to call the number and pay $4.95 to process it.
