Call came from an unknown number which I never answer. There was a partial voicemail left that warned that a civil suit had been filed against me and to call them at that number to remedy the situation. Even though I have blocked the number, they are still able to leave messages which I delete.

Woman called I answered hello, she stated hello, can you hear me, I mistakenly said yes and she said sorry it must be her headset, and she was calling from a resort and if I qualified, I quickly said no, no nevermind and she kept talking which was a machine.

Phone call selling a car warranty. The recorded message asked if you would like to speak with a representative to get you to say yes. I said yes to attempt to stop the calls. Once I said yes the call ended.

IRS doesn’t call, number one, and IRS would never file a lawsuit since they are above the law.
