Letter signed by Phillip H James, telling me to contact Phil Maicon at the above phone #, address, or email confirming my home address. Stated they had entered me in the Euro Millions winning Foundation in assistance with the North America lottery and that I had won $33 million. Contact must be made within 21 days of the notice. The final Note states, "After you receive your money, kindly note that 10% of your lottery winning belongs to UK BOND AND CREDITORS because they are the company that bought your ticket and played the lottery on your name."
