Crystal from UHC and associates called claims i asked for a loan in 2008 Original call came from 951-370-1930 she said she was
Collecting a debt from a lender to return the call to 1-855-204-3479. the lenders wanted to sue for $7000 for a $500 loan I took out in 2008 .
I was not living in the country that year but she did have very convincing info my address, my employer, my bank, my relatives info and the last 4 of my social.
I did have the option to settle out of court for a $600 payment though. I naively provided them with my credit card info and made payment arrangaments. Later that day googled their name and phone number and it came up as a scam

A company known as UHC and Associates called and stated that my husband took out a $2000.00 pay day loan in 2009, which he did not. The only address they had was one that we left in 2006. The supposed debt does not show up anywhere on his credit. I cannot find any information about UHC and Associates online. The phone number that they called us from is listed as private. They also told us that they would not send us anything proving the debt other than a settlement letter, which is illegal. We do not even know who the payday loan was supposedly through.
