This company calls and tells you they are going to send a sample product with a gift card. They send the product and then continue to send products without permission. I tried to cancel the order and they told us that we had to still get the product. The also grossly over charged us for the product and would not take back the product that we did not order. Finally, we got our account canceled and they recently called and tried to pull the same scam again.

Received a call asking for confirmation of our address for an order we’d placed according to the sales person calling us and our receptionist confirmed our shipping address. This company then sent us a box of sharpie pens for $143.28 and then tried to do the same 3 months later.
