I was contacted by phone about 4 or 5 times regarding money owed to me. I did not answer because it sounded suspicious. She left a voicemail every time to contact her directly. That seemed weird to me. Then I received the letter which seemed unprofessional. The letter was sent from Cincinnati, Ohio on January 15th and it is very blurry. I would like to know if this is scam to collect more information from me than they already have.
