Type of a scam Online Purchase
The scammer took out a Facebook ad, advertising a discounted toy store. They use PayPal to give a false sense of security. The scammer takes out more money than the "purchase amount". Any efforts to reach them are mute. They don’t allow order cancellation deliberately, which I found out by reading throughout the site after the fact. After the take your money, in your order history, the payment status will say failed, even though they’re received the funds. The site is full of typos and upon research has only been around for about a month and is based out of China. The email address associated with the site has been flagged as having a history of creating fraudulent websites. The email address of the "seller" changes with each purchase and differs from the information that PayPal has on file for them, one of which has been shut down.
