Tulotel-store is an online fitness store. I ordered the Bowflex adjustable dumbbells. They said due to covid they were on backorder. After a couple of weeks, they sent me a tracking # but it was to a different city. They were responsive to “customer support emails, a guy named rex Benedict kept apologizing for the doors and up dated tracking numbers but still no product. It’s been 3 months and they still keep feeding me BS but still no product. Definite scam

I ordered a set of dumbbells from Tulotel. I received a confirmation number. I have paid for the item. I have inquired about the status of shipment, tracking, etc. and have not had a response yet. It’s been a month without a response.
