On 6/21/20 ordered “free” sample of CBD oil and creme, ad said just pay shipping which was $14.76. On 7/8/20 my bank account was hit for 2 charges. One for $85 to MaleNaturalCare and one for $118.88 to Muscle Strength Boost. I contacted my bank that my account was hacked. I had suspicion it was from the CBD oorder and told bank that. Bank refunded my money and then researched the charges. On 9/11/20 my bank called that the charges were legit and they needed to debit my account for the $203.88. I called the phone numbers given by my bank. First guy tells me they are processing co. for many different companies. He then gives me another number to the same damn place! Different guy, same [censored] story and that I checked box to recieve full price if I didn’t cancel. Told him I would not haved checked anything for that price as I live on limited income and cannot afford it. Refused to refund and said he would send form showing I did agree. All I got was order form showing shipping for $14.76. THIS IS a SCAM!

On 7/25/20 I accepted a Facebook offer for a free trial and paid $7.98 for shipping.
On 8/12/20, they used my debit card information to take $118.88 from my account. I called the company and was told that there was no free trial. The rep claimed that I authorized the charge when I accepted the offer. He said that it is written in the terms and condition, but there were no terms and conditions accompanying the offer.
They declined to return the money they took and gave me no opportunity to return the product for a refund. I searched online and discovered that many others had the same fate.

The website TRYGOLDCBD.COM is scamming people by claiming a free trial and then charging people again hundreds of dollars. They didn’t even claim a subscription they just said they charged it because my wife didn’t respond to emails they never sent and said they do it every 70 days from the date the order was placed (even though it had only been 46 days when they charged her. Math is hard I guess.) I double checked on their website and pretended to place an order and there is no boxes or anything that mentions terms, agreements, etc. The guy she spoke to was very rude and hung up on her after she called him out on the number of days math.
