Identical circumstances to the others here. Phone interview, employment agreement offered, 30 day eval period, case studies to be completed. Once the 5th project was completed, was told that the theoretical portion was now complete and it was time for the practical phase which now was to purchase computer equipment, optical equipment and other office equipment.
Upon further investigation, determined that the website was relatively new. Stated 12000 employees and showing only two open positions. Web site hosted in Ukraine and their "about us" replicates another company verbatim located in Moscow.

This company will give you an application like a normal regular job employment opportunity, they set up an interview via phone on a recorded line. Then they will ask you to do a 30 day training program for them where they say they will pay you $2500, if completed thoroughly for an opportunity to earn $98,000 annually as a project manager. They seek out people who have experience with management. They post on their fake website that they are opening up new locations including in the USA such cities as the Tampa, Fl. Houston, TX. and Philadelphia, Pa.. They will ask you to do case studies that are supposed to last the 30 days but after you finish with the first part of case study #5 they will say they need help opening a branch near you, and would like you to possibly help with purchasing the equipment with the location where they send you information on how you can set up your own personal banking with there company’s bank and you can purchase with the funds they send to your bank. Mind you, you have not met face to face with any of their personnel and you have only been working via email. They also state that after each case study you do they say they will send you $50 each one you complete if you chose not to continue with the training process. They say they will send it at the end of the 30 days via personal preference. Do not go for this it is to good to be true especially if you are an experienced person looking to better your future for yourself and your family and these people should be charged for the mental anguish they cause in the countless sleep nights you take trying to do the case studies and everything else you do to make sure to complete their required tasks.
