I ordered flowers to be delivered for an occasion resulting in no product. A second attempt was requested resulting in nothing. Requested a refund. After 10 + follow up calls on the status of my refund, and three months after my initial purchase, I still have not been refunded. Many excuses were given but this company is a scam. I wish I read the reviews before “using” them. I’m not the first complaint and I won’t be the last. I can’t believe this company is still operating. They steal your money.

I ordered flowers online to be delivered next day as they advertised “same day delivery”. Flowers were never delivered. I tried calling phone number listed, but no answer and no voicemail. I emailed a reply from the receipt they sent to my email. They responded, and offered to refund me full amount or if I still wanted the flowers then they would have to charge me $10 more and needed my credit card again. I asked for a refund and they said they would refund me in 2-4 days. I still have not been refunded.
